As promised, attached the STEP file of the complete set-up.
this includes the cover and the locking ring of the machine. These parts a proprietary parts of our customer. So, I need to emphasis the confidentiality of this data.
You can delete the existing platform, that I designed, and put your own platform on. The existing platform only shows you the main dimensions.
As discussed (and some points not discussed), here are some points to note:
1. We need to make sure that the filter, which has an outer diameter of approx. 1350 mm, fits with some margin between the railings on the sides.
2. To prevent damage to the locking ring, there should be some kind of (rubber) protection between the frame and the locking ring. In my model you see rubber strips that a glued underneath the frame. But you can also use other means like rubber stops.
3. Side railings do not need to be hinged or easy to dismount. That is just a nice-to-have.
4. We probably need to be able to close the entrance with some kind of 'door' or bar to prevent people from falling off the platform. No closure on the other side. There the Cover is enough closure.
5. We need some kind of easy fixation of the platform to the locking ring. Keep in mind that we need to move the platform from one machine to the next when assembling the filters. So, it must be safe and not too much work to fasten.
